Tuition is also free and they offer a stipend to help you with living in NYC for 3 years. No certification, but honestly, as long as you have proof that you went to the school, it doesn't especially matter. The Hayek school is only an 18(?) month program, as opposed to the more standard 2 years, and is generally streamlined. It's more of a watch technician course than a full watchmaker course.
